Section 25
Employer Registration Number Not Maintained

(1) In case of dissolution of a listed employer established in accordance with the prevailing law, or if it goes into liquidation or goes into liquidation in accordance with the prevailing law, the listing number obtained by such employer in accordance with section 19 shall not be retained.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the arrangement regarding the payment of the liability of the employer who does not maintain the registration number shall be as prescribed.
